Handle new and existing customer inquiries received from platforms such as IndiaMART and JustDial.
Record all inquiries accurately in a Google Sheet and update them on time.
Follow up with customers in an orderly manner to understand their requirements.
Send quotations to customers on time and follow up until the order is closed.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth communication.
Track customer feedback, issues, and follow-ups until closure.
Maintain weekly records of total orders, completed orders, and pending orders.
Work towards achieving monthly targets for new inquiries and order conversions.
Job Requirements
Any graduate - Minimum 2 years Experience Must
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication.
Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Customer-oriented mindset with good coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a structured manner.
