Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming patient inquiries (calls, messages, walk-ins) politely and efficiently.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/clinic management systems.
Assist patients in understanding available services, treatments, and packages.
Support the front desk and ensure smooth communication between patients and doctors.
Manage feedback and escalate any patient issues to the clinic manager or concerned team.
Ensure professional communication and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream, preference for healthcare or hospitality background).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
Freshers and candidates with prior healthcare customer service experience are welcome.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
