We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (L1) who can work on event management based on the surveillance systems for our US client.

Roles and Responsibilities

:

- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Computer systems domain is a must

- Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools

- Provide product support as per the standard guidelines

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?250,000.00 per year
