We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet quality and performance standards set by the organization
