We are looking for a

Customer Support Representative

to assist our clients with their queries and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle support requests through calls, emails, and chat while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about company products and services. Identify and resolve basic issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Gujarati

. Basic computer knowledge, including

MS Office, email, and typing

. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach. Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic support team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
