Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, chat, and emails.
Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, shipping, and returns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Manage daily communication on eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous support.
Assist in processing online orders and tracking deliveries when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (eCommerce experience preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. is an added advantage.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
