Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Support Representative (CSR)
to join our dynamic team. The CSR will serve as the key communication link between our US-based clients and our in-house graphic design team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand and relay design requirements clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between US clients and the internal design team.
Receive job details via email or phone call and process order entries in internal portals.
Understand design requirements related to vector files, business cards, envelopes, or promotional product mock-ups.
Accurately communicate customer instructions and expectations to graphic designers.
Make outbound calls to confirm artwork details and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide follow-up support to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Maintain high-quality documentation of communication and order details.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
commerce

Arts
, or
Journalism
.
Excellent
verbal and written English communication
skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of graphic design concepts is a plus (not mandatory).
