Customer Support Executives

for our Insurance Support team. If you are fluent in

Hindi & English

and have strong communication skills, this role is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls in Hindi and English. Support customers with insurance policy details, renewals, claims, and premium payments. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide product knowledge and suggest suitable insurance plans when required. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines. Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets. Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction & retention.

Requirements:

Languages:

Hindi & English (mandatory). Education: Graduate (any stream). Freshers can apply; prior customer service/insurance experience is an added advantage. Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
