Customer Support Associate (Fresher / 0-6 Months Experience)

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers in the US and UK (International Voice / Semi-Voice Process)
Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company
Assist customers by resolving queries and providing accurate information
Build and maintain good client relationships through professional communication
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
Complete assigned customer tickets within timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions on the portal and use tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for basic reporting
Qualifications
Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience
Good communication skills--verbal and written
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools or software quickly
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
Willingness to work in all the shifts as per client requirement
Graduate in any field (or pursuing final year, depending on company policy)
