Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a strong background in the wooden, WPC, or aluminium industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and solid hands-on experience with CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, dispatch, and after-sales service

Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

Maintain and update customer records, order details, and follow-ups in the CRM system

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary

Provide product information and technical coordination related to wooden, WPC, and aluminium products

Track order status and proactively update customers on delays or changes

Support the sales team with quotations, order documentation, and client communication

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

Prepare customer service reports and MIS as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support within the wooden / WPC / aluminium industry

Strong working knowledge of CRM software (such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Good understanding of industry products, specifications, and terminology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player with good interdepartmental coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
