About the Role
We're looking for a
Customer Support Executive with excellent written English
to handle customer communication across email, chat, and social platforms. This is a
strictly in-office role
and ideal for someone who can write clearly, professionally, and confidently.
If you can turn confused customers into happy ones using words (not excuses), you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via
email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media
Handle order-related questions, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain a polite, brand-appropriate tone in all written communication
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) to resolve issues
Update customer details, tickets, and notes accurately in CRM systems
Ensure quick turnaround time and high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written English is mandatory
(grammar, clarity, tone)
Basic computer knowledge and comfort using tools like email & CRM systems
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Experience
0-5 years in customer support, CRM, or communication-heavy roles
Prior e-commerce or D2C experience is a plus (not compulsory)
