We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer orders, abandoned carts, and general inquiries. You will be responsible for resolving issues, assisting customers with their concerns, and ensuring a smooth communication experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to assist customers with order-related queries and concerns
Follow up on abandoned orders and provide support to complete transactions
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Communicate effectively with South Indian customers who may not speak Hindi
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Basic proficiency in English, especially to communicate with non-Hindi speaking customers
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus but not mandatory
