We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Care Support Executive to join Crown Veterinary Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, order follow-ups, and after-sales support related to veterinary products and services. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with veterinary clinics, distributors, and animal care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries from customers and veterinary clients.
Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing, delivery schedules, and return processes.
Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and accounts teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and pending deliveries.
Support field sales staff by providing backend assistance and timely communication with clients.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Contribute to improving customer support processes and documentation.
Stay updated on the company's product range, veterinary market trends, and ongoing promotions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Science/Commerce stream advantageous).
4-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or veterinary sectors.
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
