We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Institute. As a Customer Support Representative you will be the primary point of contact for all our students and potential customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with our students. This job role is more into customer service and support, relationship building, providing information.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Provide accurate information about our coaching programs, schedules, fees, and any other relevant details. Address student concerns, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.

Enrollment Assistance:

Guide potential students through the enrollment process, including explaining course options, assisting with registration, and coordinating payments. Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have all necessary information and support to make informed decisions.

Student Support:

Assist enrolled students with course-related queries, study materials, and logistical support. Serve as a liaison between students and instructors, helping to schedule appointments or resolve academic issues.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Generate reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends to inform improvements in our services.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication in English and Hindi is must.

Pleasing Personality.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Working days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 INR CTC per month
