Role Overview:

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, answering queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers. Dental knowledge is not required at the time of joining--comprehensive dental-related training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up as needed.

Understand client requirements and provide accurate information or escalate to the relevant team.

Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Represent the company in a confident, polite, and solution-oriented manner.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

Ability to engage with clients in a confident, professional, and empathetic manner.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp for Business).

Customer service experience preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

Willingness to learn about dental products, terms, and processes (training provided).

Ability to work from the office in Gurugram DLF phase 3 during Rotational shifts.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any field) preferred.
