Position: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual with experience in Customer Support. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and act as a reliable point of contact for all immigration-related inquiries.

This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India. Only experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Set an example for team members through commitment, customer service activities, work ethics, habits, and personal character. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Enhance the customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Ensure confidentiality of customer data.

Requirements and Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills with accurate and fast typing abilities. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support. Familiarity with customer support metrics. Proven experience in providing customer service support. Ability to think strategically and lead. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to learn and work with company software.
