The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service support through calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US customers
Respond to customer emails and chat queries
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
Meet quality and productivity targets
Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required

Good communication skills in

Basic computer knowledge
For Experienced Candidates:
1-5+ years experience in BPO / KPO / International Voice/Chat/Email Support
Prior US/UK process experience preferred
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken English

Ability to handle customer calls professionally
Basic MS Office and typing skills
