Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a minimum of 15 client training sessions daily on the Petrosoft software

platform.


Clearly explain product features, setup, and usage to clients in an effective and

friendly manner.


Deliver training sessions in multiple South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil,

Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) based on client preference.


Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing queries, demonstrating

patience, and providing post-training support as needed.


Maintain detailed records of training sessions and feedback from clients.


Collaborate with the product and support teams to stay updated on new features and

client concerns.


Participate in continuous learning to improve training techniques and product

knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Freshers welcome).


Strong communication and presentation skills.


Proficiency in at least 2-3 South Indian languages is a must.


Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software systems.


Ability to handle multiple client sessions efficiently and with quality.


Good interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.


Prior experience in training or customer support (even as an intern) is a plus.


Knowledge of the petroleum or retail software industry will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
