Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct a minimum of 15 client training sessions daily on the Petrosoft software

platform.

? Clearly explain product features, setup, and usage to clients in an effective and

friendly manner.

? Deliver training sessions in multiple South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil,

Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) based on client preference.

? Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing queries, demonstrating

patience, and providing post-training support as needed.

? Maintain detailed records of training sessions and feedback from clients.

? Collaborate with the product and support teams to stay updated on new features and

client concerns.

? Participate in continuous learning to improve training techniques and product

knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Freshers welcome).

? Strong communication and presentation skills.

? Proficiency in at least 2-3 South Indian languages is a must.

? Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software systems.

? Ability to handle multiple client sessions efficiently and with quality.

? Good interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.

? Prior experience in training or customer support (even as an intern) is a plus.

? Knowledge of the petroleum or retail software industry will be an added advantage
