Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat regarding property listings, bookings, and services.
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability.
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
Follow up with potential buyers/leads to ensure smooth engagement and conversion.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate concepts is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in customer support or real estate support is preferred.
