Maintain customer records, track orders, and handle queries efficiently.
Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Provide order status updates at different production stages.
Handle complaints or concerns and resolve them professionally.
Production Coordination Duties:
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders.
Monitor order progress from fabric procurement to final dispatch.
Assist in sample approvals and communicate with customers for feedback.
Coordinate with the quality check team before dispatch.
Ensure balance payments are collected before shipment.
Prepare dispatch details and share tracking information with customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good Communication Skills
in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).
Experience in customer support, order management, or production coordination
(Preferred).
Basic computer knowledge
(Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email Handling).
Ability to multitask & stay organized
in a fast-paced environment.
Team player
with a problem-solving attitude.
