We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Resolve client issues related to products.
Track and follow up on open customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
Record and maintain detailed notes of client interactions and issues in the CRM system.
Provide guidance and solutions for troubleshooting and technical support, where applicable.
Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Assist clients with product orders, renewals, or upgrades, when applicable.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or support experience, especially in handling inquiries from existing clients.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Patience and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
