Call customers to confirm online orders and verify delivery addresses.
Handle basic queries related to order status and products.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate records of confirmations and cancellations.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Friendly and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / order management tools).
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus.
