We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to manage customer communication, follow up on orders, gather feedback, and maintain accurate records in Excel. The role involves regular interaction with customers and requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to update them on order status and expected delivery.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and product reviews.
Maintain and update order details and customer feedback in Excel sheets.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for any order-related updates.
Required Skills:
Fluent communication
in
English and Hindi
(both verbal and written).
Good
English writing skills
for email and data entry tasks.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
Pleasant telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Eligibility:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Requirement:
