Communicate and comprehend in

Share product details (size, fit, fabric), order updates, and resolve issues
Manage returns/exchanges politely and professionally
Maintain fast response times & ensure zero missed chats
Operations & Logistics
Process daily
Shopify
orders
Manage shipments on
Shiprocket
(pickups, NDR, RTO, delays)
Coordinate with courier partners (
Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees
)
Prepare labels, invoices, and daily order sheets
Track reshipments, exchanges & maintain stock logs
Assist QC/packing team on high-volume days
