Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Customer Support Operations Associate

to manage customer queries, assist with order processing, handle customization requests, provide fabric and size guidance, and coordinate with the operations team for order updates. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. Assist customers with size guidance, fabric details, and customization requests. Handle order-related queries, including tracking, exchanges, returns, and cancellations. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely order updates. Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions. Identify common customer pain points and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement. Assist in post-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Support marketing campaigns by addressing customer concerns related to promotions, discounts, and special offers. Understand company policies to address customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms. Passion for fashion and an understanding of women's westernwear trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of computers.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
