Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This includes handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, resolving complaints, sharing information about club services, events, and memberships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner

- Answer calls, emails, and face-to-face queries about club services, memberships, schedules, and events

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, and escalate complex issues when needed

- Maintain a clean and organized reception and public areas

- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and inventory management

- Inform members about new events, promotions, and services, and distribute club materials

- Support content creation for newsletters, social media, and club communications

- Collaborate with teams including trainers, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless operations

- Gather customer feedback for service improvements

- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and customer management tools

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude

- Passion for sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyles

- Reliability and punctuality

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in sports or physical education (preferred but not required)

- 2-3 years Prior customer service experience, ideally in a sports or fitness club

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
