We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inbound and outbound sales, international customer support, and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle complex client requirements with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage and support customers effectively.
- Provide exceptional international customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage and nurture relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Handle escalations and complex customer issues with tact and professionalism.
Shift Timings:
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Additional Benefits:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in an international customer support environment.
- Experience in managing HNI clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in assigned shifts.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
