Making sure emails are handled/ resolved in a timely manner.
Keep track of day-to-day mails received and reply to them within TAT.
Monitoring escalations and complaints and resolving them while ensuring the adherence to compliance guidelines.
Qualification & Experience
Should have good communication skills.
