This position is responsible for all the back office operations in the region. The primary responsibility on a daily basis includes: Order booking / invoicing in the ERP system. Regularly communicate about pending orders, receivables to concerned sales and service team Support the distributor, be their contact point in Epiroc and help with logistics/ documentation. Regular payment follow up with distributor Generating and maintaining records. Timely clearance of distributor's commission. Timely payment of office utility bills. This position is also responsible for quickly responding under demanding situations such and time constraints To coordinate CSR activities in the region alongwith allregional Team members

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

Graduate in any stream with excellent MS Office skills. 0-3 years' experience in similar back-office operations involving customer interaction and database management.

Key competencies required for this role:

This position also requires good communication skills and maintain good relationship Should have an attitude of completing the work on hand even if it requires a little stretching.
