Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and follow-ups.
Maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Manage billing and invoicing tasks accurately and on time.
Follow up on payments, service feedback, and renewals.
Update and manage customer data in CRM software or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain office records and support day-to-day administrative work.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum graduate (any discipline)
Experience:
1-3 years in customer service / office admin / CRM / telecalling preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Fluent in [languages as per location - e.g., English, Hindi, Local language]
