? Required hands on skill in Import and Export, Clearance and freight forwarding

? To communicate regularly with the Key customers to understand their requirements in terms of Service and Communication.

? To visit all the Key customers regularly to build and maintain good Rapport with the key customers.

? To understand on their business dynamics and seek for extending business opportunities based on their volume projection on Monthly basis and products delivered

? Support the Inside Sales team, with EXIM inquires

? Procuring rates from Shipping Line/ Consolidators & Over Seas Agents

? Preparation of quotation to customer

? Follow up on the quotations submitted to customers

? Communicate with the team members for all the export bookings on day today day basis.

? Communicate with the operation staffs on the status of customs clearance reporting from the respective CFS (ICD, CWC )

? Email communication with overseas agent on shipment status

? Quoting rates for Local customers and Overseas Agent for Both LCL & FCL Shipments both Export & Import Shipments

? Ensure all the billing and Documents (Bill of Lading, COO, GSP) has been submitted to the respective customer within the agreed time frame.

?To create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system, coordinate with all involved stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain DG approvals where required, escalating discrepancies as required.

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer support role in a CHA firm : 7 years (Required)
Language:

Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Kannada (Must)
Ability to Commute:

Bangalore, Karnataka (Required)
Ability to Relocate:

Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (Required)
