Customer Support Night Shift (spanish Preffered)

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight bookings & travel inquiries. Assist customers with itinerary options, fares, rescheduling, and cancellations. Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers (basic Spanish understanding is enough). Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining fare options and benefits. Maintain customer records and ensure quality service delivery. Coordinate with the post-sales/support team when required. Meet daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements



Spanish-speaking ability

(basic to conversational level preferred). Strong communication skills (English mandatory). Experience in travel sales or customer support is an advantage. Freshers may apply if they have excellent comm skills & willingness to learn. Ability to work in night shifts (US process). Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus but not mandatory.
