post-sale queries of customers

related to flight bookings and travel services.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls and resolve post-booking queries efficiently. Provide support related to cancellations, modifications, and general travel assistance. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:



Minimum

6 months to 2 years of experience

in a

travel or customer support process

. Excellent

English communication skills

(spoken and written). Comfortable working in

night shifts

. Must be

customer-focused

and have good interpersonal skills.
