Onboarding of new customers - Registration, WO communications, Deliverable managements Existing customer retentions - Offerings, negotiations, renewals, periodic customer connect (QBR) PM Deliverables - Preparation on planner, progress monitoring, ensure contract deliverables BD / CM SR managements: - SR progress, quotes managements, approval and SLA monitoring Billing management - Monthly billing plan, billing data validation, invoice generations SD claims management - Periodic review and approvals of claims * Help desk management - Ensure deliverables as per agreed TAT
