Responsible for leading the Industrial Segment Service leadership team to achieve the following objectives:
Improve overall customer experience.
Conduct NPS surveys and drive improvement projects based on identified gaps to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Sales team to design and launch segment-specific service initiatives.
Drive projects aimed at improving customer experience across Pre-Sales, Sales, and Service functions.
Deploy Warranty and Service Policies aligned with key account requirements.
Finalize the self-service OEM policy and ensure smooth deployment for OEM customers.
Launch initiatives to improve service response time and overall service quality.
* Act as an enabler for the Industrial Segment.
