voice calls and written communication

2. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via

voice calls

and

written channels

(email/chat).

Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.

Understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

Adhere to company and client-specified processes and quality standards.

Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Minimum Graduation is Mandatory.

Experience

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with up to 6 months of BPO experience may also be considered.

Language Skills

Excellent English Communication
