We are looking for a polite, proactive, and customer-focused
Female Customer Support Executive
to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth problem resolution.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer queries and feedback.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and satisfaction levels.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Who Can Apply:
Female candidates with 2-3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or call center operations.
Candidates from BPO, service, or corporate backgrounds will be preferred.
