Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

:

-Calling existing customers to take feedback for the product and also create a pipeline to buy products in the future

-To brief new customers about the variety of products and its prices.

-Handling the customer's database accurately.

-Understanding the customer's grievance.

-Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.

- Be a support function to sales

-Be able to call the warm leads and convert them to potential customers

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in telesales / lead generation or customer services roles.

Excellent communication

Relevant knowledge of computers / report making / emailing

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,112.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
