We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions efficiently, resolve queries promptly, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer issues within defined SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
Escalate critical issues to senior management when required.
Provide feedback to improve processes, systems, and overall service delivery.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
2-5 years of customer support experience.
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and high customer empathy.
