Handle all inbound and outbound communication with customer
Receive, record and resolve inbound emails,chat and phone calls
Gather client requests in a clear and concise manner, execute the requests in a timely and process oriented manner
Investigate, identify issue type and use call scripts to resolve customer queries proactively and within time frame
Maintain complete ownership of issue resolution within pre-established timelines with the customer
Follow all the processes laid down and ensure compliance at all times
Ensure delivery on KPIs (SLA & Customer Satisfaction)
Contribute to process and product improvements through tangible suggestions
Graduation mandatory
Must have Excellent Verbal and written English skills
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers
Minimum 0-2 years experience of Technical Customer Support - email, hosting & Domains, troubleshooting / diagnostics required.
Ability to quickly grasp knowledge of product functionality
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized work orientation. Must operate with a sense of urgency.
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
