Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2 to 4 years in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
