Customer Support Executive

to join our team in

Matunga, Mumbai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails. Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Candidate Requirements:



Experience:

2 to 4 years in customer service or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
