Escalation Handling and driving to closure
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and product offerings.
Drive the renewal process to achieve and exceed retention targets.
Requirements:
A minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
At least 10 years' experience as a customer service specialist, or a similar customer support role from the field of SaaS, hospitality, aviation
Knowledge of customer engagement platforms and channels.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention and renewal targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
Great organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
