Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 6 years of experience as a customer support manager
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent command of English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
Fluency in Tamil and Hindi is required; knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage conflict situations tactfully.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Prior experience in managing a customer service or support team preferred.
