Customer Support Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure excellent customer service delivery. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver high-quality service.
Monitor team performance and implement process improvements.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Train, coach, and motivate team members for performance excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in customer support or similar role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹13,487.67 - ₹41,693.39 per month
