Educational Qualification : B.E-ECE/Computer Science / Diploma in ECE
Experience : 3 years and above
Skills : Customer Support in AV industry,
fluency in English, Hindi preferable
Job Exposure : familiar with customer support process, AV Technical installation, Team management.
Experience in :
Manage Customer complaints within stipulated response time
Manage Product Warranty and RMA
Manage installation & Support team
Manage incoming and outgoing quality inspection
Job responsibilities :
Coordinate with Customer, internal technical team and OEMs to resolve end user and partner customer complaints.
Update Warranty register
Coordinate with manufacturing unit / OEM and Purchase and logistics team for quick turnaround of RMA of finished products and raw materials.
Coordinate with technical engineers for project installation.
Follow up technical engineers for incoming and outgoing quality inspection.
