About the Role

We are looking for a

creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow our online presence, engage our audience, and strengthen our brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.). Manage social media calendars and ensure content consistency in tone, style, and quality. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop campaigns, ads, and visual content. Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail. Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with influencer partnerships and collaborations. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization. Basic photography or video editing skills.
