Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for the roles for

Customer Support Manager

and to drive client engagement and business growth within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities :



Client Relationship Management:



Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporations, and other stakeholders in the real estate domain.

Business Development:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cross-sell relevant real estate products or services, and generate revenue in line with organizational targets.

Market Expertise

:

Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.

Needs Analysis:



Understand clients' investment goals, property requirements, and financial capacities to present suitable real estate options (e.g., residential, commercial, land, investment properties).

Sales and Negotiation:



Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closure, including presenting proposals, conducting site visits, and negotiating terms.

Documentation and Compliance:



Ensure all client interactions, transactions, and documentation adhere to company policies and legal/regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience



2 to 4 years of proven experience in a Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development role, with a strong preference for experience within the Real Estate, Property Consultancy, or Financial Services (with a real estate focus) sectors.

Sector Knowledge:



Deep and practical understanding of the real estate market, including different asset classes, sales processes, and key industry dynamics.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. (A Master's degree is a plus).

Skills:



Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in English (and local languages) with the ability to engage confidently with HNI clients and senior stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
