We're seeking a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager with a strong results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, implementing success programs, onboarding/training clients, and reducing churn. Successful candidates are social, analytical, adept at learning new software, and excellent communicators. Ideal candidates engage customers, maximize value, and devise strategies for customer base growth.

What You'll Do:

? Develop and manage client portfolios.

? Write structured prompts to customize AI solutions.

? Test the product & ensure top-notch quality.

? Suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

? Collaborate with internal teams to bridge the gap between customer expectations & technical implementation.

? Provide proactive recommendations to optimize the product for enterprise clients.

? Ensure smooth onboarding & adoption of AI solutions for customers.

Additional Information



Experience: 2+ years (Customer Success in a tech-based product)

Skills: Strong communication, quick learning, problem-solving & product QA
