Job Description

Customer Support Manager with 6+ years of team handling work experience required US based logistics organisation at Dahisar, Mumbai

Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm

JD:

Manage and guide the operations team handling US interstate trucking, providing day-to-day support and resolving escalations
Oversee driver coordination, dispatch activities, load assignments, and real-time trip trackingacross US states
Act as the primary escalation point for team members, drivers, and clientsto ensure smooth and timely transportation operations
Ensure compliance with US trucking regulationsby supervising maintenance of driver records, vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and DOT/FMCSA requirements
Monitor team performance, workflows, and operational KPIs,ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service quality
Coordinate with US-based clients and stakeholders for shipment updates, issue resolution, and operational alignment*

Salary *up to Rs 55,000 per month
