Senior Customer Support Manager
who can lead customer care operations, manage teams, handle escalations, and continuously improve service quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer support representatives
Ensure high performance, accountability, and job satisfaction within the team
Operations & Call Management
Oversee daily customer support operations and workflows
Supervise incoming calls and ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to service standards
Customer Engagement & Escalation Handling
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
Follow up on issues until complete resolution and customer satisfaction
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance customer support processes
Implement solutions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor support metrics, analyze performance, and share reports with senior management
Training & Development
Conduct onboarding training for new hires
Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in customer support or customer service management roles
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in customer support tools, CRM systems, and call-handling processes
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
Additional Requirements
Laptop and Mobile Phone (Mandatory)
Willingness to work in shifts
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
(additional languages are a plus)
